We do not allow "boondocking", which is camping in areas where there are no hookups. No camping in open fields or backwoods areas. You must select a campground with water, electric, and sewer hookups. The rates include only the cost of the camper itself. You must book your own campsite, we do not offer any assistance in booking a campsite other than offering suggestions. If you will have the camper delivered by us please make sure that we know the campground name and address as well as your site number no less than 1 week before your rental. Even if you are hauling it yourself we still need to know the campground name and location. When you select a campsite please make sure that its large enough on each side as well as deep enough. Total size of all campers fully open is 18 feet wide and 36-38 feet long.
In December - February we charge a larger deposit to cover costs in the event the tenant does not follow instructions and the camper becomes damaged by busted water lines. All tenants are responsible for all damages up to and over the deposit amount. (EXAMPLE: If repairs cost $1800 then the tenant is responsible for the full $1800 cost of the repair.) While the camper is in your care any and all damage is fully your responsibility. There will be a walkthrough before check-in to check for damages and familiarize you with the camper. There will be a walkthrough after check-out to check for damages, if damage exists at check-out that did not exist at check-in then the deposit will be held until the cost of repairs is determined.
This is not a hotel room, cabin or home ... campers have special rules and require different care due to their light weight construction. You can not use normal residential toilet paper, they use only RV approved toilet paper. There are special rules and instructions that must be followed. The holding tanks must be checked and emptied at certain times. All this will be discussed at check-in.
